Vivek Kumavat, a distinguished artist, earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Sir J.J.School of Arts in 2001 and A.T.D from Khiroda in 1996.
Specializing in the portrayal of the lively Nandi bull calf, his work harmoniously blends color and monochrome. With a vivid palette of red, blue, yellow, and green, he crafts vibrant backgrounds and intricate mythological scenes within the silhouette of Nandi.
This fusion of simplicity and complexity, along with his attention to detail and vibrant colors, sets his art apart. He’s now exploring black and white pieces, focusing on Nandi’s face adorned with sketches of Hindu mythological Gods.
